Our pre-seed funding of $1.3Mn and major product enhancements

Wow, December is already here. This year has been nothing short of remarkable for the Betafi team. This has been a big year for us at Betafi with our very first public launch and we are excited to share our recent pre-seed funding announcement. This would not have been possible without your love and support.

Our $1.3 million pre-seed funding round got covered by leading publications like Tech in Asia, The Hindu, and Times of India

We are excited to share that we have raised our pre-seed round from a team of builders who appreciate the need to bring user research mainstream. The round was led by Together Fund with participation from Entrepreneur First and Titan Capital. Also proud to have angels like Hooked author Nir Eyal and founders from leading companies like Razorpay, Pine Labs, Snapdeal, and Livspace backing us in our journey. Read here.

Miro exports just got bigger and better

You can now export notes grouped by tags or questions to your Miro board

On Betafi, you can filter your notes by questions or tags (under a project) to find the common thread across participants. Now, you can export these notes to your Miro board and the stickies will be grouped by questions and the notes will have the relevant tags being exported as well.

You can now export clips of ‘Aha’ moments from user conversations to your Miro board

It is now super easy to embed clips of key highlights of your user interviews or struggles during usability studies into the Miro board.

“Startup nahi chalega is a badge of honor”: Betafi now supports Hinglish transcription

Betafi can accurately transcribe calls where you converse in Hinglish. We are expanding the multi-language transcription support to others like Bahasa with English in the coming months to help you build a strong connect with users.

Upcoming release to add more fun to the holiday cheer

Before we wrap up, we would like to share an upcoming feature that will make synthesizing with Betafi super fun and easy. The upcoming Takeaways module allows you to organize insights inside a project.  You can create an insight and add 'proof points', whether that's a short clip or notes.
