Hope you all are enjoying the last bit of summer and sunshine. While the summer fades into fall, the Betafi team is busy prepping for our upcoming Product Hunt launch on September 21st. We cannot thank you all enough for your love, support, and feedback in the early days.
Back to our updates. We continue to improve the synthesis process after the interviews are complete. You can now filter notes across conversations by questions and tags to identify patterns faster.
We have also completed our SOC 2 Type 1 audit!
As you conduct more user interviews, the list of notes gets longer. It takes time to scan through all the notes to find patterns and pick out the most important ones.
We now make it easy for you to compare your notes across participants to find the ones that matter. If you use our questions and tags features to keep your notes structured, then you can also group your notes across questions or tags to quickly spot the common thread between your notes.
You can still export notes to Miro or CSV for further analysis.
We are excited to share that Betafi has received its System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type I report. We are committed to protect our customers’ data by using enterprise-grade best practices.
We were in Bangalore recently as part of ADPList’s India Community Night meetup. It was exciting to share our product, our journey, and gather feedback from 700+ members. We will also be taking part in a whirlwind of events over the month of September. We will be at DesignUp, SaaStr, BeMore, and Singapore Design Week.
